Permanent Practice Nurse Walsall
£35,000 p/a
Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Walsall that is currently looking for a Full-time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.
The position is permanent and full-time, with duties including:
- Working as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses, and healthcare assistants
- Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
- Care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
- Child and adult immunisations
- Cervical Cytology
- Diabetes, Asthma, and COPD monitoring
- Family planning
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Up-to-date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
- Current knowledge of clinical updates, immunisations, and vaccinations
Salary is £35,000 p/a, negotiable and dependent on experience.
