We are working with a modern GP practice in Wolverhampton looking for a Full‑time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team alongside GPs, nurses and healthcare assistants
Requirements
- Knowledge or experience of chronic disease management
- Care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
- Child and adult immunisations
- Cervical cytology
- Diabetes, asthma and COPD monitoring
- Family planning
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of QOF and enhanced services
- Fully up‑to‑date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations
Salary £35,000 p/a negotiable and dependent on experience.
