Permanent Practice Nurse – Wolverhampton

Salary: £35,000 p/a

Dream Medical are working with a modern GP practice in Wolverhampton who are currently looking for a Full time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.

The position is permanent full time and duties are as followed:

You will be working as part of a team alongside GP\’s, Nurses and healthcare assistants.

  • Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
  • The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
  • Child and adult immunisations
  • Cervical Cytology
  • Diabetes
  • Asthma and COPD monitoring
  • Family planning
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
  • Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations

Salary £35,000 p/a negotiable and dependant on experience.
