Practice Nurse – Milton Keynes
Dream Medical is working with a GP surgery in Milton Keynes in recruiting a Practice Nurse for their surgery.
The practice is looking for a nurse to cover a minimum of 27 hours per week on a permanent basis.
You will be working as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses and healthcare assistants.
Skills:
- Up to date in baby Immunisations and Vaccinations
- Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
- The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
- Child and adult immunisations
- Cervical Cytology
- Spirometry
- Diabetes
- Asthma and COPD monitoring
- Family planning
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
