Dream Medical are currently recruiting a Nurse Prescriber for an Urgent Care Centre in Southend. The Urgent Care Centre does an excellent job and is highly regarded.
For this position, you will need to be comfortable with seeing walk-in patients and prescribing a range of medications. It is a busy centre, but staff numbers are high. You will need to be comfortable with working autonomously and managing your own lists.
Salary for this position is £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience.
Desirable experience includes:
- Chronic Disease Management
- Minor Illness & Minor Injuries
- A&E Background (ideally but not essential)
- General Nursing duties
The centre is open 8am to 8pm, 365 days a year, so out-of-hours work will be required.
