Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Buckinghamshire
Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Aylesbury – Full time Permanent
Dream Medical are currently working with our esteemed clients in recruiting a permanent full time Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their surgery. The surgery are looking for a ANP to work 37.5 hours / week with a yearly salary at £50,000. As a practitioner within a clearly structured and supported clinical team you will be responsible for the care delivered, demonstrating critical thinking and skills in clinical decision making in the management of patients. You will relish the opportunity to join our team and work collaboratively with the GP\’s, other Nurses and the management team to shape this new way of delivering a high quality service to patients. You will deliver quality patient care and share in the clinical and administrative workload within the surgery. As well as undertaking minor illness and chronic disease management clinics, home visits, duties of pathology and repeat prescriptions will be part of the working day. This will all be supported by the Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner and the clinical team as a whole.
To be considered you must:
- Masters Level qualification in Advanced Practice.
- Previous experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
- Minor illness skills are essential.
- Emergency medications training is desirable.
- Strong Communication skills.
- A team player but able to work on own initiative.
