The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
This is an ongoing post to cover long term sickness. You will be an experienced Practice Nurse with previous GP surgery experience and up to date with Cytology, Spirometry, Travel Vaccines, Baby/Child/Adult immunisations. Diabetes and Asthma experience is desirable but not essential.
You will work alongside a dynamic team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and HCAs to achieve QOF targets and to deliver an exceptional standard of patient care. Your role is to assess patients and offer health promotion and advice; therefore, Smoking Cessation is also an advantage.
You must:
- Have relevant experience and qualifications
- Have an Enhanced DBS within 1 year
- Be registered with NMC with Valid Pin
- Have certification to show updates are in date
