£35,000-£40,000 pro rata

Oncology Nurse required to join an efficient and professional Oncology Department team in Tunbridge Wells to ensure the provision of a first-class service to our patients and Consultants. This is a 20-hour position within the Critical Care Unit of a Private Hospital.

As an Oncology Sister/ Nurse Practitioner, you will provide a high-quality patient-focused service through assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of oncology therapies. We are looking for a registered nurse with 2 years relevant experience and qualification in a specialist area with immediate or advanced Life support training. You will be able to administer oncology treatment to the patient and manage and support them through their treatment in day care. You will have previous experience as a qualified practitioner with an oncology and counseling qualification. Working within a dedicated small team, you will have the relevant chemotherapy experience and good IV cannulation skills. You will work clinically supporting and managing the patient through their treatment as part of a team of highly skilled clinical staff.

The successful candidate will:
– Have relevant experience and qualifications
– Have NMC Registration and Pin
– Be flexible, motivated, and reliable
– Provide 2 clinical referees
