Dream Medical is recruiting Practice Nurses to support GP practices. Roles include locum work with flexible days and hours, with ongoing assignments that could become permanent in the near future.

  • Wigan: New modern GP practice in Wigan is looking for a Locum Practice Nurse. Flexibility with days and hours; ideally 4 days per week, but 2 days may be considered. Ongoing role with potential to become permanent. You will work as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses and healthcare assistants.
  • Requirements:
  • Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
  • Care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
  • Child and adult immunisations
  • Cervical Cytology (Not essential)
  • Diabetes
  • Asthma and COPD monitoring (Desirable)
  • Family planning
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
  • Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations
  • Croydon: Busy practice in Croydon seeking enthusiastic Practice Nurses. Essential skills: Ear syringing; Travel immunisations; Compression bandages.
  • Oxfordshire: Dream represents a busy and very friendly practice looking for full-time agency support. On site only Monday–Friday; minimum 37.5 hours per week Practice Nurses with QOF. Additional details: on-site support and general agency work.
