Dream Medical is looking for a senior Staff Nurse (Spinal Scrub) to lead a close-knit multidisciplinary team. Working in this pressured environment, this role requires high levels of focus and engagement. The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload using technology, equipment, and facilities which are state-of-the-art and maintained to high standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training, and mentorship to meet development needs
- Delivering high-quality patient care that is clinically effective, evidence-based, and appropriate
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programme
Qualifications/Skills:
- Theatre Nurse/ODP Qualification
- Post Registration Experience
- Intermediate/Advanced Life Support
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail
