This is an exciting opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join a friendly multi-disciplinary team in a GP surgery setting. This role offers flexible hours for 9 months, with a possibility of a permanent role.
We require an experienced Practice Nurse with previous GP surgery experience who is up to date with:
- Cytology
- Spirometry
- Travel Vaccines
- Baby/Child/Adult immunisations
- Diabetes
- Asthma Reviews
- Smoking Cessation
- ECGs
- B12 injections
- Phlebotomy
You will work alongside a dynamic team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and HCAs to achieve QOF targets and to deliver an exceptional standard of patient care. Your role is to assess patients and offer health promotion and advice.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have relevant experience and qualifications
- Have an Enhanced DBS within 1 year
- Be registered with NMC with Valid Pin
- Have certification to show updates are in date
