Dream Medical is working with a Private Hospital in Oxford and is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Practice Development Nurse to join our team. The role involves supporting and developing new members of the nursing and support teams, AHPs, assisting with induction, competency assessments, and ongoing professional development. You will mentor student nurses and support those returning to practice.
The position starts as a locum role with a transition to a permanent contract after 3 months. Requirements include an Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year, up-to-date BLS & Safeguarding training.
Responsibilities include promoting high standards of care and professional development. Candidates should be trained mentors with a qualification in Teaching and Assessment and experience in senior nursing roles.
