Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Northampton that is currently looking for a Full-time Practice Nurse to start ASAP. The position is permanent and full-time, with duties including:
- Working as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses, and healthcare assistants.
- Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management.
- Care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems.
- Child and adult immunisations.
- Cervical Cytology.
- Diabetes, Asthma, and COPD monitoring.
- Family planning.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services.
- Current knowledge of clinical updates, immunisations, and vaccinations.
