Full-time Ward Manager urgently required for a Private Hospital in the Guildford area, ASAP.
An exciting opportunity to lead the inpatient and day surgery teams in a respected Private Hospital. You would work collaboratively to provide exceptional care to patients, from support staff to consultants who are experts in this field.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced registered nurse with the ability to understand financial targets and manage resources. You should be enthusiastic about improving business performance and able to nurture positive relationships with key stakeholders. This role combines nursing with business and leadership responsibilities.
The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, permanent, with a salary of £45,000–£48,000 dependent on experience plus benefits.
