Dream Medical are working with a modern, purpose built private hospital and have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Staff Nurse to join the team in Bournemouth. We're looking for a nurse who is currently registered with the NMC and who has recent experience in an acute surgical ward caring for patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery, gynae, urology and general surgery.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop less experienced nurses; direct, support and develop others.
- Work across Earliest, Lates and occasional nights and weekends as part of a flexible shift pattern.
- Provide high quality care in a 41-bed facility with 3 theatres, an endoscopy room and 4 treatment rooms; cover a service range from outpatients to major surgical procedures.
Requirements:
- NMC Registration and PIN
- 6 Months UK ward experience
- Flexibility with regards to shift patterns
