Part time Practice Nurse urgently required for a Practice in the West Sussex area. Dream Medical is working with a respected Practice in the West Sussex area that urgently requires part time Practice Nurse. This role is 25-30 hours a week, salary dependent on experience. A full range of benefits are on offer including NHS pension.
Responsibilities
- Provide paediatric and adult nursing care in a busy GP surgery environment
- Chronic disease management, especially diabetes
- Contraception and sexual health services
- Immunisation
- Cervical cytology screening
- Basic wound care and minor procedures
- Travel health advice and clinics
Qualifications
- NMC registered
- Post-registration experience in chronic disease management, contraception/sexual health, immunisation, cervical cytology, wound care, and travel health (desirable)
- Willingness to undertake training and professional development
