Dream Medical are currently working with a client in Neath who requires a practice nurse to cover up to 4 days per week for 4 weeks starting ASAP. The Practice are completely flexible with days and times and will work around the right candidate's availability.

Responsibilities
- Cover basic Practice Nurse duties such as immunisations (including Child Immunisations), Diabetes & INR management.
- Work as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team when assigned to a busy GP practice.
