Dream Medical is working with a Community Hospital in Walton-On-Thames and is looking for Band 5 nurses for ad hoc shifts within the Elderly Rehabilitation ward. The inpatient service provides clinical intervention and rehabilitation for older people. Patient care is managed by multidisciplinary teams including social care and community services. The aim is to provide effective and efficient care to enable patients to return home whenever possible.
This is a flexible position that can accommodate your existing schedule and availability. You must be a qualified RGN Nurse with NMC registration and pin, and have previous ward experience in the UK.
