Dream Medical are working with various GP surgeries & Out Of Hours (OOH) in and around Sutton, South London area who are currently looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to join their team. Days and hours can be flexible. You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants. The Practice Nurse is part of a nursing team responsible for ensuring that the practice provides an optimum service of nursing care relevant to the practice population.
Responsibilities:
- Asthma
- Diabetic review
- Hypertension Clinic
- IHD Clinic
- COPD Clinic
- Immunisation Vaccination Clinic
- Holiday Vaccination Clinic
- Flu Vaccination Clinic
- Cervical Smears
- Family Planning
- Amending or adding to services as needs are identified.
