Dream Medical is seeking a qualified Practice Nurse for ongoing shifts at a busy and friendly GP practice in Surrey. You will work alongside a team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants to deliver excellent patient care and support to the practice population.
Key responsibilities include:
- Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations
- Asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring
- Simple dressings
- Chronic disease management
- Cervical cytology
- Spirometry
- Diabetes management
- NHS health checks
- Health promotion and weight loss advice
- Smoking cessation
