Dream Medical is currently working alongside the CCG in Stratford and are looking to recruit a locum practice nurse for their GP surgeries. The role is due to commence ASAP and will run for 6 months on a fixed long term contract working 8 sessions a week Monday to Friday. You will be working as part of a team alongside a GP and healthcare assistant and will be tasked to work across up to 6 practices under the CCG.
Requirements:
- Long term conditions: Asthma, Diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease (CHD), Hypertension, COPD
- Any additional skillsets will be beneficial however not essential: Immunization and Vaccinations, Smears
