Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Oxford that is currently looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to join their team. The practice is flexible to match any availability you may have.
You will work as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants.
Requirements:
- Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
- Care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
- Child and adult immunisations
- Cervical Cytology
- Spirometry
- Diabetes
- Asthma and COPD monitoring
- Family planning
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Up-to-date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
- Fully current with clinical updates, immunisations, and vaccinations
