Dream Medical is seeking a Qualified Practice Nurse for ongoing shifts at a GP Surgery in Farnborough. The role involves covering up to 24 hours a week, with potential for increased hours. You will work with a dynamic team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants to deliver excellent patient care, including:
- Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations
- Asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring
- Simple Dressings
- Chronic Disease Management
- Cervical Cytology
- Spirometry
- Diabetes care
- NHS health checks
- Health Promotion and weight loss advice
- Smoking Cessation
