Dream Medical are working with a friendly GP surgery in Farnborough. You will join an efficient team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and HCAs who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The practice is in a central location that is accessible via public transport and offers car parking facilities. The role will be 3 mornings and 1 afternoon per week or 2 full days.
The successful candidate will be up to date with cytology, travel vaccines, child and adult immunisations and spirometry. You will also be responsible for administering B12 and other injections, smoking cessation and healthy eating/weight loss advice. Asthma, diabetes reviews and chronic disease management is desirable.
