Dream Medical is working with a friendly GP surgery in Fareham seeking an excellent Practice Nurse to join their multidisciplinary team on a full-time basis. The practice has a patient list of 7,000 and is a small but thriving GP practice.
This is a locum position, ideally for full-time hours, but part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate. The initial contract is for one month, with the possibility of extension on a month-to-month basis.
We are looking for someone with basic Treatment Room skills, including certificates of competency in:
- Cytology
- Travel Vaccinations
- Baby & Child Immunisations
- Phlebotomy
- Spirometry
- Wounds & Dressings
Experience in chronic disease management is desirable but not essential.
Requirements:
- NMC Registration
- RGN Qualifications
- Practice Nurse experience
- Medical Indemnity Insurance
- Up-to-date certificates for all training
