Dream Medical are working with a small but thriving GP surgery in Bracknell and require a Practice Nurse to join the team on an ongoing, locum basis.
You will be competent with up to date certificates in:
- Chronic disease management including diabetes, COPD, asthma, hypertension, CKD, CVD, ECGs, NHS health checks, Dressings and B12s.
- Cytology, travel and baby vaccinations are desirable but not essential.
The Practice is in a central location which is easily accessible via public transport but also offers a staff car park. You will be part of a friendly multi-disciplinary team who are welcoming and helpful. The Practice has excellent CQC results therefore requires a professional and dedicated nurse to maintain their already sterling reputation.

- NMC Registration and Pin
- Up to date certificates for essential skill sets
- Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
