Dream Medical are working with a friendly GP surgery who are looking for an excellent Practice Nurse to join their multi-disciplinary team on a 3 days per week basis. The post is based in a modern, purpose built practice in a central location.

Dream Medical are looking for enthusiastic Practice Nurses to join busy teams in various locations. Details below may apply to multiple roles.

Responsibilities

As a Practice Nurse you will be expected to be an excellent communicator and proficient EMIS Web user. Duties may include:

  • Chronic disease management (desirable but not essential)
  • Medical procedures such as Cytology, Travel Vaccinations, Baby & Child Immunisations, Phlebotomy, Spirometry, and Wounds & Dressings
  • Other duties normally undertaken in a Practice treatment room as applicable to the site
Qualifications & Requirements
  • NMC Registration
  • RGN Qualifications
  • Practice Nurse experience
  • Medical Indemnity Insurance
  • Up-to-date certificates for all training
Locations & Hours
  • Crawley — 3 days per week
  • Croydon — full-time agency support
  • Oxfordshire — full-time agency support (on-site only, Monday – Friday; minimum 37.5 hours per week)
  • Reading — Practice Nurse, full-time opportunity
  • Oxford — Locum Practice Nurse, full-time, ASAP
  • Nottingham — Practice Nurse, minimum 2 days per week
