We are seeking a dynamic Nurse Practitioner / Nurse Prescriber for a 3-month contract on a temporary rate. The role is based in High Wycombe with an innovative, progressive primary care organisation. The ideal candidate will help look after 23,500 patients in an environment similar to a walk-in centre, with the ability to progress into long-term condition management. Prescribing is an essential requirement, and career development is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a larger team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners and supporting GPs
- Telephone triage and telephone diagnosis
- Out of hours experience
The organisation offers a full complement of primary care services, including an attached pharmacy and secondary outreach clinics across both sites.
