Dream Medical is seeking a Locum GP who would be interested in working 4–5 sessions from Mid October for an esteemed client based in East Staffordshire, close to the border with Derbyshire.
You will be joining a fantastic and friendly clinical team, made up of other General Practitioners, Nursing and Admin staff who work to provide the local and surrounding community with high-quality medical care. The surgery is based in a modern, purpose-built centre ideally located within close proximity of local transport hubs and offers onsite parking.
The surgery operates during traditional opening hours and is also open on Saturday mornings, offering services for minor injuries and illnesses.
We are able to offer this position to both newly qualified General Practitioners and those with previous experience working in the UK.
Essential requirements include:
- Proven competency in conducting all aspects of normal primary care services
- Make professional, autonomous decisions
- Provide medical advice for minor injuries and appropriate illnesses
- Provide treatment for patients in need of immediate medical care
- Support other members of the clinical team
- Undertake a variety of clinical and admin duties – if required
- Refer patients to other clinical care providers if required
- Able to work under pressure and within an ever-changing environment
- Have a full, clean GMC
- MRCGP
- Be on a Performers List
