Dream Medical is seeking Locum GPs to undertake ongoing Locum contracts with a client based in South Staffordshire, just north of the city of Birmingham. The contract offers excellent hourly rates with flexible rotas, including long and short days, weekend and night shifts, and coverage through the holiday period. The site is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is located within close proximity to local transport hubs and great commuter routes to other major cities.
Responsibilities
- Make professional, autonomous decisions
- Provide medical advice for minor injuries and illnesses that are urgent but not life threatening
- Support other members of the clinical team
- Complete a variety of duties including completing any relevant paperwork
- Provide counselling and health education if required
Requirements
- Hold a full, clean GMC
- DBS Check within the last 18 months
- MRCGP (or working towards it)
- Hold a valid UK Driving Licence
- Be on a Performers List
- Have an excellent command of the English language
- Have a full and competent understanding of the NHS
