Dream Medical is seeking a GP for Locum work for an esteemed client based in North Hampshire; just outside of Basingstoke. The Surgery operates on traditional hours and is open Monday through Friday. Located towards the south of Basingstoke, it offers onsite parking and is ideally located close to local transport hubs.
You will join a fantastic clinical team, who cater to the local and surrounding community and provide patients with a high level of medical care. Salary on offer is at the highest end of the spectrum for the UK at the time being. The position is open to both newly qualified GPs and General Practitioners with previous Locum and/or Salaried experience.
Responsibilities- Provide medical care to patients in a primary care setting, including minor injuries and illnesses.
- Sign prescriptions and complete necessary paperwork.
- Make professional, autonomous decisions in a clinical environment.
- Support other members of the clinical team and refer patients to other clinical care providers when required.
- Provide medical advice and treatment for patients in need of immediate care.
- Work under pressure and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Undertake a variety of duties as part of primary care service delivery.
- Hold a full, clean GMCMRCGP (or working towards it).
- Be on a performers list.
- Current DBS.
- Proven competency in conducting all aspects of normal primary care services.
