Dream Medical is working with a private provider to supply clinical advisors to their site in Kingston for the NHS 111 service. We require Pathways trained clinicians, both nurses and paramedics, who have already been trained on the 111 pathways system to take calls from the general public offering advice and guidance in a telephone triage role. The centre is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide telephone triage and clinical guidance to members of the public using NHS Pathways.
- Be clinically registered (NMC or HCPC) with evidence of continuous professional development.
- Have completed NHS Pathways training and have taken a 111 call in the last 6 months.
- Shifts available ranging from 6 to 12 hours, covering 7 days a week (days and weekends).
- Attend a 1-day induction at site upon registration.
