Dream Medical are working with a hub which is located in the heart of the town centre close to the bus and train stations. The hub offers a daily drop-in service for those experiencing substance misuse issues; they hold regular prescribing clinics with access to wellbeing nurse support and mental health specialists. The team encourages service users to be actively involved in their recovery plans from the outset and work in a person-centred way to remove any barriers that could arise. They also have a daily needle exchange service with a separate entrance.
We are looking for an experienced Substance Misuse Nurse to join the team on an ad-hoc basis. You will be a qualified RMN Nurse with a background in substance misuse.

- Substance misuse background
- Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
