Practice Nurse – High Wycombe
Ongoing locum practice nurse position, 5 days a week (flexible around availability). You will work alongside a dynamic team of GPs, ANPs, practice nurses and health care assistants to deliver excellent patient care for the practice population.
Key responsibilities include:
- Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations
- Asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring
- Simple dressings
- Chronic disease management
- Cervical cytology
- Spirometry
- Diabetes care
- NHS health checks
- Health promotion and weight loss advice
- Smoking cessation
