Pharmacist Prescribers urgently required for a busy Walk in centre in Sheffield/Barnsley
We are currently looking for Prescribing Pharmacists to work in walk in centres across Sheffield/Barnsley.
This role is on a Locum basis across 7 days with various shift patterns available
Our Client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Prescribing Pharmacists who are adaptable, reliable and flexible.
The Role and Duties include suitably skilled, trained and qualified Prescribing Pharmacists in the following:
- Medication Reviews
- Discharge Reviews
- Minor Ailment clinics
- Diabetes/Hypertension specialty preferred but not essential
- You will maintain a high level of professionalism and technical standard of work, complying with relevant Codes of Practice.
- You will hold all documentation required by all clinicians under the NHS Employers standard checks.
- Minimum of 24 months UK, NHS experience.
- Professional and cooperative attitude towards patients, customers and colleagues
- Member of an appropriate professional body and hold a valid registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
In return we can offer excellent hourly rates of pay, help with DBS and mandatory training and a dedicated consultant available to you 7 days per week
