Dream Medical is working with a large, fast-paced GP surgery in Slough and has 2 vacancies for full-time Nurse Practitioners who can independently prescribe. The practice is GP-led in the town centre with car parking facilities and access to local amenities. The practice uses EMIS Web, and the role involves triaging patients, assessing, diagnosing, and providing prescriptions where necessary. The role includes chronic disease management as well as minor illnesses and injuries.
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a Primary Care background, ideally within a GP surgery. The practice is flexible with session times and will consider part-time applications.
Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner experience
- Valid NMC Registration and Pin
- V300 Non-Medical Prescribing qualifications
- Minor Injury qualification
