Dream Medical is seeking a GP for Locum work for an esteemed client of ours in the West Bromwich area of the West Midlands. The surgery in question is a purpose-built, one-storey practice in modern premises situated within a fantastic central location making it easy for public transport access and also offering free, on-site parking. The Centre is open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year; offering traditional GP services and Walk-in Services to both registered and unregistered patients in the local community.
This is a great opportunity for a local GP seeking to extend their hours whilst working with a friendly clinical team in a great practice; that all have vast experience in their designated fields.
To qualify for this position you must have previous UK experience as a Locum or Salaried GP and be on a performers list with a full, unrestricted GMC. Along with all other aspects of primary care services, you will be expected to:
- Make professional, autonomous decisions
- Provide medical advice for minor injuries and appropriate illnesses
- Support other members of the clinical team
- Refer patients to other clinical care providers if required
- Work under pressure and within an ever-changing environment
