Clinical Advisor 111 – Newcastle Upon Tyne (Up to £55ph) Dream Medical is a specialist in Primary Care Recruitment that works in partnership with private and third sector clients. All work undertaken falls outside of IR35 legislation. We work with a number of NHS 111 providers and support the fast-paced development of the 111 service. We recruit clinical advisors and call handlers on a national basis and are currently recruiting Pathways Trained Clinicians for a site in Newcastle Upon Tyne. There are a range of hours available from part time to full time. Our rota covers 7‑day weeks, evenings, nights and weekends, with the call centre open 24/7.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical guidance and support on the 111 service.
- Handle patient calls and ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in call audits and maintain professional standards.
- Complete a local induction prior to booking shifts.
Requirements
- Fully trained on the latest version of Pathways.
- Currently working as a trained NMC/HCPC clinician or have taken a call within the last 6 months.
- Recent call audits demonstrate competence.
- Valid and clean NMC or HCPC registration.
- Possession of the required Pathways training.
Additional Information
Competitive hourly rates are offered via PAYE or Limited Company. We provide first‑class payroll paid weekly, HR and seamless compliance systems.
