Dream Medical is working with a private provider to supply clinical advisors and coaches to their site in Taunton for the NHS 111 service. We require Pathways trained clinicians, both nurses and paramedics, who have already been trained on the 111 system to take calls from the general public, offering advice and guidance on health-related issues in a telephone triage role. The centre is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Responsibilities:

  • The person appointed must have clinical registration either NMC or HCPC.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Successfully completed training for NHS Pathways.
  • Have taken a 111 call in the last 6 months.

Qualifications:

  • Clinical registration either NMC or HCPC.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
  • Successful completion of NHS Pathways training and have taken a 111 call in the last 6 months.

Shifts:

Shifts range from 6-hour days to 12-hour shifts, covering 7 days a week (days and weekends).

Induction:

Upon registration, you will be required to attend a 1-day induction at the site.
