Pharmacy Prescriber – Derby Dream Medical is working with an Urgent Care Centre in Derby and requires a Pharmacy Prescriber to cover locum sessions. Responsibilities: * Assess, triage, and manage caseloads of patients with minor illnesses and long‑term existing conditions. * Work autonomously to 10‑minute appointments in a fast‑paced urgent care setting. * Cover a variety of long and short days, with full‑time hours available for the right candidate. Requirements: * Experience of working in an Urgent Care Centre (and ideally a GP surgery). * Minor illness experience and qualification. * Non‑Medical Prescribing qualification. * Independent Prescriber status. * UCC experience.
