Role Overview
Dream Medical is collaborating with a surgery in Croydon seeking a Clinical Lead GP with experience in substance abuse and mental health. This is a permanent role for up to 10 sessions a week.
Responsibilities
- Overall clinical performance management
- Line management of clinicians within the practice
- Partnership with the practice manager
- Involvement in local commissioning and NHS activities
- Recruitment of team members
