Dream Medical are working with a Community Healthcare NHS Trust and are looking for a Band 5 RGN Nurse for District Nursing. The shifts are Monday-Friday 09:00 – 17:00 and are on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in their home including wound care, phlebotomy, B12 injections, BPM, Spirometry, Diabetes Management & Asthma Reviews.
You must have previous District Nursing experience as well as an enhanced DBS issued within 1 year. You will be up to date with Mandatory training with NMC registration & Pin. You will be patient, friendly and reliable with excellent communication skills. You must have a full driving licence with your own vehicle as this position includes travelling between patients' homes. You must have updates in place.
