Dream Medical are working with a Community Healthcare NHS Trust and are looking for a Band 5 RGN Nurse for District Nursing. The shifts are Monday-Friday 09:00 – 17:00 and are on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in their home including wound care, phlebotomy, B12 injections, BPM, Spirometry, Diabetes Management.
- Ability to travel between patients' homes.
