About the Role
Dream Medical is working with a private provider to supply Clinical Advisors to the NHS 111 service at a site in Ilford.
Key Responsibilities
- Take calls from the general public offering advice and guidance for health‐related issues in a telephone triage role.
- Work 24/7, 365 days a year; shifts may include evenings, nights, weekends, and outside of normal office hours.
- Attend a one‐day induction at the site after successful registration.
Requirements
- Clinical registration with NMC or HCPC.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Successfully completed training for NHS Pathways.
- Have taken a 111 call in the last 6 months.
- Pathways‐trained clinician (nurse or paramedic) already trained on the 111 system.
Shift Information
Shifts range from short 6‐hour days to long 12‐hour shifts. Available 7 days a week, including weekends and nights.
