We are seeking 2 enthusiastic and positive individuals to join our clinical team as qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioners to work in 2 busy GP Surgeries in Southend. You will be working to support our team of GPs, carrying out acute care. The successful candidates will be proficient at managing minor ailments and acute conditions and will have excellent communication skills and good IT literacy.
The positions are 16 hours a week, permanent roles, with Mondays being essential for both. Salary is to be discussed. Excellent benefits and a NHS pension scheme are offered.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute presentations
- Referring to other members of the primary and secondary healthcare team
- Managing minor ailments and acute conditions
- Previous experience of working in accordance with the NMC Code
- Experience of working with patients and using system one
- Excellent communication skills and good IT literacy
