This is a great opportunity for an experienced First Assistant or Advanced Scrub Practitioner looking for their next career development opportunity. Dream Medical are looking for a Theatre Team Leader to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team at the North East London NHS Treatment Centre.
Working closely with the Theatre Manager, you will be managing the theatre team to meet the requirements of quality patient care, ensuring that all peri-operative nursing care activities carried out comply with relevant legislation and Company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the theatre adhering to infection control policies and procedures, as well as Health and Safety policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant qualifications/experience
- Be registered with NMC with valid pin
- Be flexible, motivated and reliable
- Provide 2 clinical referees
