We are seeking a Practice Nurse for a long-term contract in the Barking area, with full-time and part-time hours available. The ideal candidate will start ASAP, covering Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00, although hours are flexible and part-time hours will be considered.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses, and healthcare assistants in a treatment room-based role, requiring the following skills and experience:
- Child and adult immunisations
- Cervical Cytology
- Spirometry
- Family planning
- Smoking cessation
- Compression Bandaging
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Up-to-date clinical knowledge, including immunisations and vaccinations
- Current NMC registration and CRB/DBS in place
