Dream Medical is working with a respected Private Hospital in Ilford and urgently requires a full-time and part-time Ward Staff Nurse to work on the surgical ward. An opportunity has arisen for a Ward Staff Nurse to join the nursing team on the ward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards of nursing care within the clinical areas.
You will be patient-focused and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills as well as strong organisational skills. Successful applicants will enjoy career development and the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of other healthcare specialists. The private hospital offers a range of benefits, including a private pension, excellent salary, additional benefits, and free parking.
The ideal candidate should have experience in post-op and pre-op care, although this is not essential. You will be capable of managing a wide range of activities and changing priorities, with excellent attention to detail.
