Part Time Nurse Practitioner – Southend-on-Sea
Dream Medical is working with a respected Practice in the Southend‐on‐Sea area and urgently requires a part‐time Nurse Practitioner (15 hours per week). This role is ideal if you are looking for a permanent post in a respected Practice.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose and treat specific conditions in accordance with agreed medical/nursing protocols, within your area of competence.
- Provide access to GPs as necessary, and undertake diagnostic health screening and health promotion at consultation.
Qualifications and Experience
- UK registered nurse with significant post‐registration experience.
- Independent Nurse Prescriber with the relevant qualification and a Minor Illness and Injury qualification.
- Extensive clinical experience in A&E and/or primary care.
- Evidence of experience in embracing and implementing change to provide high quality health outcomes.
- Relevant knowledge of the QOF management tool.
Salary and Benefits
£48,000 per annum (salary depends on experience) plus additional benefits.
