The Role
This is a hands‑on content role for someone who lives and breathes short‑form video. You'll be responsible for creating premium social‑first content across fashion, retail, beauty and lifestyle brands – from developing ideas through to shooting, editing and delivering polished content that feels native to platform while elevating each brand.
A key part of the role is capturing always‑on content on location, turning everyday moments into compelling crafted social assets. Whether it’s a retail activation, product launch, food experience or lifestyle moment, you’ll instinctively know how to frame it, shoot it and edit it into content people actually want to watch.
Alongside content creation, you’ll support the day‑to‑day running of social channels, helping to plan, publish and optimise content across key client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who already creates content professionally – whether for brands or their own channels – and wants the flexibility to continue building their own creative work alongside agency life. We’re open to this role being four days per week for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating, shooting and editing premium short‑form video content and iPhone imagery across fashion, retail, beauty and lifestyle brands
- Capturing always‑on content on location, translating live moments into elevated, social‑first assets
- Developing creative concepts, formats and visual storytelling for social campaigns and reactive content
- Curating visually cohesive feeds that reflect each brand’s identity and aesthetic
- Planning, scheduling and publishing content, including writing captions and managing day‑to‑day social activity
- Researching creators, trends and cultural moments, supporting casting and creator collaborations where relevant
- Monitoring performance, reporting and optimising content based on insights
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Have a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional videography, editing and visual storytelling for social
- Have experience creating content within fashion, retail, beauty or lifestyle brands (agency, in‑house, freelance or self‑employed)
- Are highly confident shooting and editing premium content independently, particularly on iPhone and lightweight camera setups
- Have outstanding creative taste and a strong understanding of composition, lighting, pacing and editing
- Understand what performs across TikTok and Instagram without sacrificing brand quality
- Can balance creative excellence with the organisation needed to run social accounts effectively
- Are proactive, collaborative and excited to build exceptional work in a fast‑moving creative studio
- Added bonus if you run your own page and are a creator in your own right with good numbers on TikTok or Instagram
London‑based with on‑set availability when required. Strong track record of developing and growing own or brand channels in terms of audience scale and engagement metrics.
